芬兰拉普兰奶酪


拉普兰奶酪是北欧历史最悠久,最知名的美味奶酪在芬兰最常见的食用方式将奶酪与另外一种北欧拉普兰的特产- 云莓果酱一起食用。拉普兰奶酪也被命名为“吱吱奶酪”,它来自于你在咀嚼奶酪时的声音。有趣的是,当双脚踩在冰冷的积雪上时,会发出同样的吱吱声。
